Help us change the world with STEM by investing in the LASA Robotics Association with a donation. The money for running the program comes from parents and various fundraising activities. We receive very limited funds from the school system.

Your support enables our students to:
  • Build, design, and program highly technical robots for FIRST Robotics competitions
  • Develop technical knowledge and engineering skills through real-world practice and hands-on experience
  • Share our science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education through community outreach and mentoring activities
We use your donations wisely. We work hard to minimize team expenses by volunteering 100s of hours to run competitions, getting donations of tools, robot parts and supplies and applying for grants and sponsorships.

Employee Donation Matching

You can amplify the impact of your individual contribution if your employer participates in employee donation matching. This is a philanthropic program where a company agrees to match the charitable contributions made by its employees to eligible nonprofit organizations.

Supporting a group like LASA Robotics showcases a company’s commitment to STEM education and fosters a sense of community and teamwork within the company. If a benefactor so desired, Purple Haze representatives would be delighted to give a personalized presentation to explain firsthand what contributions would be enabling.
