To be officially placed on the FRC team #418 for the ‘24-’25 FRC season, the following action items must be completed by all families (new and returning):

Fees

The team works to fundraise a majority of the money needed to operate the team; however, donor funds only cover a portion of the costs needed for the program to operate. For the 2024-2025 season, individual members are asked to pay these fees:

Membership dues (due Oct. 20)

$250

Event + travel fees (due 10 days before each travel instance)

$75-100 (tbd) per each Qualifying Tournaments
$120-$150 (tbd) for Championship Tournaments

Financial assistance available

If these dues are a financial burden, please request a meeting with the Lead Mentor. These dues can be waived if the cost would prevent anyone from being a member.

*Late Entries

Team registrations after Sept. 9th are permitted on a case-by-case scenario if the registrant has been recommended by an existing team member and can ensure meaningful contributions and commitment to the team going forward. Permission to join late will only be granted by the Lead Mentor and forms/fees must be completed before the member can officially work in the Machine Shop.
